The Bruins will be well represented later this month at the PJHL East All Star Game. The game will take place on Saturday, Dec. 28, at Scugog Arena in Port Perry featuring the Orr Division All Stars taking on the Tod Division.
The game is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m., with the opportunity for fans to be treated to a best-on-best game, and some high-end skills competitions between the two teams. Four Bruins players have been named to the Orr Division roster: Jack Kemp, Tanner Ryan, Tyler Laita, and Jordan Bonner.
“We’re looking forward to having our players compete in this event,” commented Bruins GM Trevor Cox. “Hopefully, this can be a treat for the fans over the holiday break. I know there is some excitement around the league with the added stakes for the game.”
The All-Star games will have something on the line, as the winning conference will secure home ice advantage for their division in the conference finals if they come out victorious. The rosters for each conference will be announced closer to the game dates.
The PJHL All-Star game and MVP awards will be presented by MilkUP, who was also a proud sponsor of the PJHL Prospect Games in November.
