The Uxbridge Bruins will be squaring off against a familiar foe when the Clarence Schmalz Cup playoffs open on Friday, March 10. By virtue of their second-place finish in the Orr Division regular season standings, the Bruins will face the sixth-place Port Perry Lumberjacks in the Orr Division quarterfinals. The best-of-seven series gets underway in Uxbridge at 7:45 p.m., on Friday, March 10. See below for the complete series schedule.
In other Orr Division playoff match-ups, the top-seeded Clarington Eagles will face the seventh-place Lakefield Chiefs. The Georgina Ice and North Kawartha Knights will meet in the 4 vs 5 series. By virtue of Clarington and Uxbridge both electing to compete in the quarterfinal round, the third-place Little Britain Merchants have received a bye into the Orr Division semifinals.
