Supporting the Uxbridge Toy Drive

The Holiday season is here once again in Uxbridge!

As we have for more than 20 years, the Uxbridge Bruins happy to announce that we are once again a proud partner for the Annual Uxbridge Community Toy Drive.

We are ready to go and will be collecting new, unwrapped toys and gift cards at all Bruins home games until our Friday, Dec. 15 Battle of North Durham match-up against the Port Perry Lumberjacks.

The entire Toy Drive team would like to offer special thanks to the Township of Uxbridge for lending us one a community facility for sorting and distribution. We continue to support and work with many user groups including the local churches, Shelters, schools, Salvation army and the local Food Hamper program to name a few. All the local drop points are mentioned below and on the poster. We will also have our toy drive vehicle here soon as well, every year courtesy of Jim and Todd Williamson, both former Bruins.

Some of the features of this year’s Toy Drive:

The public can visit the Toy Drive website to request a donation or make a donation. The website is www.uxbridgetoydrive.com

We are always in the need of donations for teenagers and infants. A full wish list has been posted on the Toy Drive website. Cash and gift cards are always welcomed as well and gift cards are becoming more popular than ever!

Drop points for the Toy Drive this year are once again BodyFit, Canadian Tire Uxbridge, McDonalds, Zehrs and Uxbridge Bruins home games.

Please try to have your contributions in no later than Tuesday, Dec. 19. This will give the Toy Drive team the needed time to pick up, sort and distribute toys in time for Christmas.

Thank you again for supporting Bruins hockey and the Uxbridge Community Toy Drive 2023.
